Q: How long does my order take to ship?
A: Leatherup.com shipping staff is dedicated to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our general turnaround time is 1-3 Business days after your order has been placed. However, as with most online businesses, we ask that you allow up to 2-9 business days for delivery. We do not ship orders placed on the same day. If your order consists of more than 2 items, it can take up to and extra 4-5 business days to ship.

Orders shipped to street addresses in the continental U.S.: Shipped By FedEx
Orders shipped to P.O. boxes and rural routes in the continental US: USPS Priority Mail
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: USPS Priority Mail (additional shipping charges may apply).
Q: Can I get my order any faster?
A: Have your order shipped to the billing address, make sure all information is accurate at check out and select one of the following expedited shipping methods at check out.
For orders shipped to street addresses in the continental United States, we offer FedEx 3 Day
FedEx 2 Day Air Service and or FedEx Next Day Air Service.
For PO boxes, rural routes and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS priority mail which can take up to 5 business days for the order to arrive once it has been shipped.

If you would like to use any of these methods, please indicate your choice in the Shipping Options section during Checkout.

Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly. Please also be aware that FedEx does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. For this reason, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, and a 3 Day Select package shipped on Friday will arrive the following Wednesday. Again, please plan accordingly!
Q: Can I ship my order to a different state or address from my billing address?
A: As of January 2007 we are no longer shipping orders to a different address other than the billing. We will ONLY ship to a secondary address if the address has been added as a secondary shipping address on your credit card file with your credit card company. Which we will have to verify with your credit card issuing bank. You will be contacted by our customer service department and we will inform you what needs to be done to have your order shipped to a different address other than your billing. All orders that consist of two different address will be delayed until your order has been verified VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS Regulations has required this policy to be enforced on all orders. Q: I paid for next day air service and my order didn't arrive the next day after I placed the order, why?
A: Next Day Air Service means your order will be shipped by that shipping method 1-3 days after the order has been placed. If your order happens to ship on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday as FedEx or DHL do not deliver on weekends. If it ships on a Tuesday it should arrive the next business day, once the package is picked up by our carrier they are responsible for the package.
Q: How can I check on the status of my order?

Q: The status of my order states "To be processed "what does that mean?
A: It can mean 3 things.

The order will be processed and shipped from one of our other warehouse locations.

There was a problem with your order when it was processed. Your address did not match with what's on file with your credit card company or you did not type in the correct 3 digit Card ID on the back of your credit card.

It is pending verification. Due to the high amount of fraudulent orders originating from different billing and ship to addresses your order will need to be approved to ship by our verification process. Q: The status of my order is "Ready To Ship" what does that mean?
A: This status means that your order has been processed and is being prepared to ship.
Q: Can I make a change on my order, add an item or Make an Address Correction?
A: Due to our high volume, All orders that are processed successfully go directly to the shipping floor within hours after the order is placed to get it shipped to you as quick as possible. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to our warehouse. Please make sure all information is correct before processing your order.

Due to our agreement with Amazon.com we are able to ship to most Countries as long as you place the order on Amazon.com Please visit our LeatherUp.com Amazon Store Do a search for Leatherup to see our products and place an International order. All International orders will be processed by Amazon.com and shipped within 3-5 business days by LeatherUp.com. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply upon delivery of order. Please check before you order.

All International Orders are shipped by FederalEx International Express Air Service. Due to our high shipping volume we have been able to lock in very good rates with FedEx for International Air Shipments, thus you can get your items within 1 week from LeatherUp.com almost anywhere in the world. UK shipping are about $45.00 USD, Germany and EU $45 USD, Japan $50-65 USD.

Q: Will I be emailed my tracking number once my order ships out?
A: Yes, You will be emailed by our FedEx System once your package has been labeled and has left our shipping facility. We will also email you once again letting from our website order processing system informing you that your order has shipped.
